The exorcism that you can do!

There is a very simple exorcism that you can do. And it’s a very powerful exorcism. You can do it on your own and immediately.

Christian Cross made with rough and broken bricks in a green garden near fence

It is the Sign of the Cross.

The exorcism you can do! And it’s a very powerful exorcism. You can do it on your own and immediately.

In Lourdes, when Bernadette saw the White Lady in the hollow of the rock, she instinctively tried to make the Sign of the Cross: she couldn’t.

Her hand had become very heavy.

Then she saw the Blessed Virgin make the Sign of the Cross and she received strength to make it.

Our Lady taught Bernadette how to make the Sign of the Cross: slowly, broadly and with concentration.

She was in no hurry: she raised her right hand so that the fingers touched the upper part of the forehead; then she lowered her hand until it touched the belt, just under the belly button; then she brought her hand back to the tip of the left shoulder and then to the right one. Pronouncing at the same time: β€œIn the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.”

When you make the sign of the cross, do it WELL

When you make the sign of the cross, do it WELL: a right sign of the cross, that is, slow, wide, from the forehead to the chest, from one shoulder to the other.

Through the Cross Christ redeemed us, took us away from the dominion of the devil, overcame him and began to cast him out.

This is why St. Thomas says that it is the Triumphal Sign of Christ’s victory over the demons

The Sign of the Cross is the exorcism that you can do: it is done to overcome demons!

The Catechism of the Catholic Church says that “the sign of the cross, at the beginning of the celebration, expresses the seal of Christ on the one who is about to belong to him and signifies the grace of Redemption that Christ has acquired for us through His Cross”

Here are the three main meanings of the Sign of the Cross: declaration of belonging to Christ, perpetuation of our Redemption and removal of demons and misfortunes
